Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery time after that depends on your Emirate — our team will confirm an estimated delivery window with you by phone or WhatsApp once your order is placed.
Delivery timelines may be longer during public holidays, extreme weather, or periods of high demand.
Orders are processed during business hours, Saturday to Thursday. Once you place an order, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your details and schedule delivery before it ships.
A flat delivery fee applies to orders across the UAE — the exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Additional charges may apply for certain remote locations.
Our products are large items and cannot be left unattended at your door. A responsible person must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available at the scheduled time:
